All the boot camps will be run in a structured way, which is designed to allow each individual to be able to push themselves to their own personal limit, despite their current fitness level or the fitness level of others in the group. Each workout will be structured in a different way and will incorporate new exercises and drills which will challenge each individual's strength, endurance and flexibility in ways they have never imagined!

Here's the problem with today's "so called" fitness and weight loss solutions. They're all designed to fail. It's like walking into a trap!
Let me explain ...
See they lie to you and get you to stock your shelves with every "fat free" and 'low fat" product on the market. What they don't tell you is that when they remove the fat, they replace it with a Ton of sugar. Of course your body, being the efficient chemist that it is, converts all this extra sugar into stored body fat. Your body will either use food as energy (if you're active) or store it as potential energy - FAT. That' why your jeans are still tight after eating "low fat".
Then they come up with more lies ...
Now they tell you that carbs are bad for you. That they make you fat. Then all of a sudden the low or no carb craze sweeps the land. But your body, always the efficient machine, continues to do it's best to maintain balance.
